I have been an EFT practitioner for several years, creating and conducting EFT workshops, teleconferences and programs to not only help spread the use of this effective tool, but to also to help you become even more risilient to the challenges of your life.  Why become more risilient?  So that you can connect with your True Self…a part of you that will guide you in this life toward more experiences of love, understanding, acceptance, forgiveness and, yes, exitement, enthusiasm and joy!

So, this section is to answer your questions and to allow you to search for answers to other people’s questions.

Here are a few tips:

• To the right is a list of categories with one or more FAQ’s for each category.  For example, if you are looking for insights on the Movie Technique, just click on that section and review the FAQ’s for that category.  You may find an FAQ under more than one category.

• You can use the Search function also to the right and search using a keyword or  phrase and several choices will appear that you can review to find some insight on that subject.

• Ah, what if you cannot find some answers there?  Then, again on your right, submit your question and I will get back to you personally,then post the question and answer in this section but without your personal information…it will be “scrubbed” or changed to make it anonymous.
